    Re: A little letter.

I tried my best to write that! ;'(

I can read parts of that, but yes, it is too messy. Then again, mine is even worse, the thing I wrote on the package was me trying my best. ;)

You havent seen chicken scratch till you see my actual penmanshit...I mean penmanship..

Btw it reminds me of this article on Metal Hammer that I read once where they hired a shrink(forgot the exact term) who can analyze a person's personality and disposition by looking at his/her penmanship. They anlyzed the famous rockstars of that time.

    Re: A little letter.

I might just scan in some of my lecture notes and see what you all think of my handwriting in them.

That way you get the real deal.

That's a valid point, Dave. I might have to do that too.

probably why we all forum so much...no writing, just typing

or perhaps it's because we type too much?

Actually, the pen I was using was a bit wobbly. But by all means, I'd be delighted to see everybody's.

And wow. There is totally a relief teacher at my school who can do that. I've not had her, though. :(

These are notes I made a year-odd ago. A distilation of four books on how to write a story. The worse it is the faster I was thinking/writing.

    Re: A little letter.

Well, there are some similarities, but yours is easily more female- everything is rounded, as opposed to being pointed or angular like most male hands.

Got any Quill samples you can show us?

Sadly, no. They all went the way of childhood things - A mass cleanout when I first went flatting. They were chicken scratches compared to my writing style these days anyway.

Maybe one day I'll raid the duck island at the lagoon again. ;)

Oh, do you kayak there? I've been once and it's easy enough. You might even be able to walk to the Memorial Park one, can't remember if the conglomerate path reaches it or not.

    Re: A little letter.

    You doodler, Ki! :D :p

Reborn - I used to kayak a lot many years ago - river, Lido and lagoon. Not anymore though... strange... I used to do a lot of fun things when I was young. That'll teach me to take up motorcycles and have accidents. Growing up sucks some days.

Who else has some handwriting to show us!?

    Re: A little letter.

Well here are two of mine
But are quite bad captions, because I don't have a scanner, and the camera is acting all ornery.

I had to sharpen the other one a lot
Also my handwriting improves greatly whenever I use one of those ink pens, you know what I mean :)

    Re: A little letter.

Wow, that writing is certainly remarkably difficult to read. :p

I'll try to capture some live samples of mine tomorrow.

    Re: A little letter.

The second one is very pretty, though I have no idea what it says. Write a letter to us? Pwease?
I vote this the best handwriting of The Rouge. Very easy to read and blue ink is the best.

I wrote a little something, I'll upload it tomorrow.

    Re: A little letter.

Heh, anything I write these days are usually just little notes to myself--when it comes to keeping in touch with people, I generally prefer emails, or in some cases, direct chatting >.>

But as to my writing... mine can be pretty sloppy especially if I'm in a hurry, and frankly I prefer typing on the computer than writing anyway these days. It's faster.

However I do remember just a few years ago, when I had a small diary, one page I had written so fast that when I looked at it later, I had no clue whatsoever what it said. To bad I don't still have that... I could have maybe scanned it in and showed it off here. *snort*
