    Here's something you don't see everyday. It's ying-yang fish; or dead and alive fish. The Taiwanese figured out a way to fry a fish's body while keeping it alive and conscious, so that when it's on the plate the head is still moving. Apparently it's considered a mark of freshness.

    That is actually a quite popular dish and not just in Taiwan. I wouldn't do it but, I'm not going to knock anyone that does. It's a fish. Welcome to the food chain.
