Looking for a decent dedicated hosting provider

I am looking for the following:

    250GB HD
    2000-3000GB of bandwidth, 100Mbps
    2GB RAM
Provider with basic server control via the web, i.e. bandwidth graphs and usage, reboot, RDNS management. Albe to run IRC, Good speeds on the 100mbit port is important to me; I'm currently paying for a 1gbit port and nnot getting the best performance from it.

I will be running the same things on this server that I am currently running on the one I am getting rid of.
Ideally, I'd like to keep spending under $100USD, but I can stretch to 130.

I am looking through these forums as well for deals, reviews etc, but any input on this would be appreciated. Location of the server is not important, however I would like to get reasonable ping times from the UK and US.

Not sure if you're still looking, but I'd suggest sharktech.net, sh3lls.net (reseller for sharktech), staminus.net, or awknet.com - those are the big names in ddos protected IRC enabled servers. Just about anyone else is going to be a reseller for one of those (I've been researching this for a while).

If you don't want ddos protection, there are a few more options. I've heard good things about linode - thinking about buying a vps there myself.
