    Pros

     

    -Great Advertisement

    -Show off your products(or pictures)

    -Stay in contact with your friends from out of town.

    -Time killer.

    ----------

    Cons

     

    -Increase in sexual harassment.

    -Increase in online bullying/harassment 

    -Increase in kidnaps/meeting strangers.

    -Increase in information leaks + embarrassing moments leaked.

    Hmm, got  some counters to your points.

     

    Advertising - Its ok, but to be truly effective you have to pay for it, so its not really any better than other methods such as google.

    Increase in sexual harassment - the only time this should be a problem is if you are talking to people you dont really know, or you privacy settings arent right.

    Kidnaps, meeting strangers - This shouldnt be a problem for an adult with a bit of sense. Children should be monitored carefully.

    Right, And about the sexual harassment I sortve ment that in the category of meeting someone, and there are a lot of stupid people out there. @SteveW
