Sandwich

What kind of sandwiches do you prefer?

Back in SA I used to make myself tuna and mayonnaise sandwiches on toasted white bread after school. My all-time favourite is a bacon, lettuce, tomato and egg sandwich though.

Grilled sandwiches are awesome too, but I'm not an all too big fan of cheese.

Re: Sandwich

ooh, One of my fav sandwichs is from a Shop called Waitrose. It's ready made, it has mayonaise, Chicken, Lettuce, Tomato and Cucumber, Absolutly Love it.

Thats' something like the sandwich from waitrose, but i'd say the lettuce was a bit more greener.

The Sandwichs i make at home is always something to do with chicken. My fav sandwich that i've ever made is mayonaise, Chicken with Onion and Sage stuffing, with lettuce, Red onion and Cucumber. Very Nice. Very Filling.

Re: Sandwich

My sandwich is simple. Two pieces of bread, white or wheat, some turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, sometimes cheese, and pickles topped off with some vegetable oil and mayo. Sometimes I might have roast beef with it.

I've eaten other sandwiches too, but I don't make those, and I can't recall what is put on them.

In the Army, you find out that you can make a sandwich out of practically anything. That said, my favorite would have to be the good ol' peanut butter and jelly, and the grilled ham and cheese.

Re: Sandwich

I loved Sandwiches myself, healthy and such. I have various different favourite fillings I like:
* Prawn and Mayonaise/Marie Rose with lettuces.
* Tuna, sweetcorns and Mayonaise.
* Ham/Pork with lettuces, sliced boiled eggs and mayonaise.
* Chicken, sweetcorn and mayonaise.
* Ham and cheese (only when grilled them)
* Tuna melt (with cheese)
* Salmon
* Chicken, Bacon with Mayonaise

Those are the ones I have eating as my sandwiches everydays for my lunches, but I like to thank for an amazing mother of mine to done those kind of great sandwiches she made.

Personally, I LOVED Greggs sandwiches the best, they got a wide range of great snadwiches and it's fillings, my favourites from them were being as: Chargrill Chicken and Mexican Chicken. Brillant taste and fillings inside. And does wraps counts as sandwiches, if so, I really did went and brought my main favourites from Greggs as being Casear Chicken and bacon with some lettuces and also Hoi-Sin Duck. Very nice indeed.

I do know that McDonald, in my only area not sure if it around outside of the North-East of England but oh well, served toasted sandwiches too. But believe me those sandwiches are wicked. My main favourite was actually Sweet Chili Chicken looks like this:

Also I loved Subways all time the best, I normally buy Chicken Tikka with some cheese, lettuces and green peppers with some chilli sauce to go with it. Very very delicious, but Subway are the best to have.

Subways is usually pretty good, but it's expensive as well.

You're a sandwich addict aren't you? :p
And one with excellent taste, too. All the ones in that list, except for tuna, are my favs too.

True, but that makes them even better. You won't buy one each and every day, therefore savor the taste when you do buy and eat one. ;)

Grilled cheese with tuna and lettuce is awesome.
Also are steak or panini with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto.

Re: Sandwich

My favorite sandwich is a spicy venison sub.

It's made just like a philly cheese steak sub except the meat is sliced and spiced venison.

I came home from my party to eat, and she's making me breakfast. That sandwich sounds so good that I'm changing my order right now!

I'm eating a ham sandwich as we speak. That would be my favorite that I make.

I think the best sandwich i ever had was from a place in manhattan. It was chicken, brie, and honey mustard

I like tuna but, I don't eat it. Mercury contamination. Tuna is not a safe product anymore.

Re: Sandwich

I work at McDonalds. I have an entire fast food store at my disposal to make sandwiches (or rather burgers, same thing really)... Man, have I made some truly epic burgers...

Here's a pretty standard one I make:
Bun
Mayo
Lettuce
Cheese
Bacon
Crispy Chicken
Bacon
Cheese
Crispy Chicken
Bacon
Cheese
Mayo
Bun

I love cheese, bacon and chicken :) (Also ham but we don't have ham at McDonald's... Shame really, although raw bacon is pretty much ham)

Animals in the wild can't hide it when they are sick.

If you know your quarry, as you should, you'll know the signs of a sick animal.

After a kill, you look at the eyes for clarity and look at their teeth/gums. When you gut them, you'll see anything else that might be wrong.

Processing an animal for food is just like doing an autopsy.
