Working Out?

    What do you guys do to workout? I lift and do pushups every day. I add more every day!

    I have a gym membership and start off with running then work my chest and arms depending on if im getting back into it after a break for a while i work on whole body for the first 2 months then i section it off per muscle group. I also have a membership with the Adonis Ratio. Havent tried it yet.. Im going to after the holidays (Hefty eating days) and see.. But its designed to put the right amount of food in your body for nuterition and the right excersises to really get the results you want to see...


    Its fit based on your weight height and age and purportion size (Waist size)


    Im excited to try it out

    I do pushes up a lot, I do sit ups to work on my abs. Which I need to do more, I don't usually work out a lot but when I do I push my limits all the time.

    I have very strong legs because I ride my bike a lot... not TO get strong legs, but with my friends and such. That's probably why I can ride all the way up a steep hill on a BMX bike without stopping for a break [​IMG]

    I just do the same basic stuff daily


    Drinking eggs


    Milk


    dumb bells


    martial arts practice


    boxing punches exercises


    I sometimes skip eggs and milk and go for the pure raw materials lol.
