The Great Breakfast Debate

So.. was having a nice chat with one of my new internet friends, and it came to me: which is more awesome? Pancakes? Or Waffles? You decide.

Have to say pancakes, but really it's breakfast tacos.

smoked sausage, ham or bacon+ egg, cheese and salsa wrapped in a flour tortilla. Tasty, spicy and portable!

I'm pretty much like Rommel.

Even though I usually skip breakfast, because I don't have the time and have difficulties getting anything down my throat in the morning. But when I do feel like having breakfast bacon and eggs is awesome.

Pancakes are awesome as breakfast too, though. So I'll vote for those.

Too many waffles?

I'm on the fence on this one, to be honest. Not many things in this life are better than a delicious, warm chomp of waffle, smothered in butter, whipped cream, and syrup. Then again... strawberry.. or even regular, buttermilk pancakes, drizzled in boysenberry sauce, butter, and just a hint of maple syrup.

Add a side of Jimmy Dean's sausage... hoooooo boy. Good eatin.

I don't know. I like both. If I was given the choice, I'd prefer Waffles.

Usually skip breakfast during the week, on weekends its cereal. When am out at a restaurant that serves breakfast dishes at any time of the day it can be french toast smothered in butter, strawberry syrup or it can be bacon, eggs, pancakes, depends on what i am in the mood for. Most of the time its a lunch or a late night meal.

Re: The Great Breakfast Debate

Due to the fact that i've never had waffles, i'm inclined towards pancakes.

I do too! I call it a wife!

I like pancakes, silver dollar style but, if I had to choose it would be Belgian waffles cooked crispy.

I don't usually eat them for breakfast, a good late night snack for me with a side of spicy sausage. Jimmy Dean hot sausage is the shizzle.

I wake up at 0400 and I have to make breakfast for Sabaka and I. We eat scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and english muffin with wild raspberry jam.

Full English or Pancakes definitely!

Personally I have marmalade on toast and at the weekends is my full English day (Sunday).
