I'll have the last of the quiche for lunch, and get sausage and mash out of the freezer for dinner. I know there's carrot and swede mash in there somewhere
New week, I am out of excuses, I have to start sorting out the dishes properly again and stop being a bit lazy. So I can better prepare my food and feel more motivated again to make something I am excited about to eat again. Kinda lost my mojo about food for a bit. I will go to the store to get a bit of chicken and marinade it for a bit, while I do some dishes. And make mashed potatoes later and all that.
Sweet and sour chicken for me tonight.
Had my food delivered for the month, so all I should need this month now is bread, potatoes and salad.

i had a dutch snack from the air fryer, it's somewhat soft, but more solid food to have than pudding haha.
tonight will be light and little, so tomorrow with the dentist is a bit easier, and I have a calm evening.
