I finally ate a bit more normal again. as in.. not just nibbling here and there.
half a sandwich yesterday and already forgot the rest, some steak before that day.
today I had a burger king burger, for about 60% and a mini cheeseburger for about 70% .. and later tonight I reheated the mini fries.
then just now, yoghurt and stuff in it, which I also had earlier today, ..
this is more in 1 day than the last week.. to be honest.
hopefully I feel proper enough at least, like today, and I will be able to get some soup etc

I've been working on emptying the freezer so I can defrost it. My plan is to defrost it next week before my next food delivery.
So I am at the random things to make point, I intend to bake with some of the frozen fruit I have left. Meal plans however are somewhat flexible.
Tonight it's duck ragu and pasta, which I got free. Tomorrow will be cauliflower cheese grill, and sweet potato fries from the freezer, with veg also from freezer.

It was going to be either sweet and sour chicken or chicken curry, but I'm so tired that it might just be a chicken roll instead.
