Ok, this is a number of minor template tweaks that I made to my site in an effort to make twitter more integrated all changed to only use template hook, xenforo options and combined into one addon...

- Show a "Follow on Twitter" button under avatar in postbit, if the user has entered their twitter username as an identity service. [Enable/Disable in AdminCP]
- Ability to tweet each post, with either a link under next to the reply button, or under the users avatar on the postbit. [Can choose between either or both in AdminCP]
