Got an Apple with Wi-Fi? Looking for some data.

If you have a Mac laptop or iMac with wifi .. (i am trying to determine the differences and need compare data, if you could be so kind)

When you hold down the [ALT]-key when you press with left-mouse button on the <))) wifi icon in the white top bar, so it drops down, what do you get for:

PHY Mode: 802.11n or 802.11g
Channel: 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz
Transmit Rate: 0 or different number?

Example:

I got the following data.

iPad2 (802.11n) can do both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, transmit rate can be 65 megabits per second.
iPhone4 (802.11n) can not do 5 GHz, so it is 2.4 GHz, transmit rate can be up to 75 megabits per second.
iMac 2009 (802.11n) can do both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, transmit rate can be up to 145 megabits per second.

Some data collected via friends: (note that these are set based on the connection type, modem/router settings, and isn't data of what the system could do)

iMac 2010 (802.11g) at 2.4 GHz, transmit rate: 0
MacBook Pro (Early 2011 17") (802.11g) at 2.4 GHz, transmit rate: 54
MacBook Pro (Mid 2010) (802.11g) at 2.4 GHz, transmit rate: 24
Mac Pro (2008) (802.11n) at 2.4 GHz, transmit rate: 26
MacBook Pro (MacBookPro2,2) (802.11n) at 2.4 GHz, transmit rate: 130
MacBook 13" (Early 2009) (802.11n), 2.4 GHz, transmit rate: 130
iMac 2011 (802.11n) at 5 GHz, transmit rate: 243
MacBook Air (802.11n) transmit rate: 13o
x (802.11g) transmit rate: 54

Are you clicking on it then pressing alt? You need to press alt then click

Looks like I'm the only one with a transmit rate of 0. *Sobs*.
