I was reading an article by JJ Virgin who is supposed to be the authority on fitness and nutrition. It said that the best way to exercise was to do a few minutes of exercise which they call 'bursts' whereby you go as fast and as hard as you possibly can for about 20 seconds and then rest for ten.
You repeat this for about 4-8 minutes each morning, and they claim that's the only daily exercise you need to stay trim and healthy. What are your thoughts on this?
