Leftover Conversion Files

Recently I've been having a good clear out of my server. Removing all the stuff I don't need and I've got a few questions regarding a few files that I'm not sure about.

Here is a screenshot of what I've whittled it down to:

The files I've highlighted are obviously not XenForo files, they're what was left behind after Mikey or Floris did my conversion (which they did a brilliant job of btw). I'm just wondering if I need these anymore? Can I just go ahead and delete them? I want to have a total clean out you see

cgi-bin/ is from your host, I don't know what ips2xf.php is.
404.shtml is from the host too probably, but you don't need it.
XenForo catches all 404 errors I think.
301config.php is probably part of the url redirects. So when someone finds old IPS url, it redirects it to xenforo?
Any file you delete, BACK IT UP

ips2xf.php looks like an IPB to XF Importer with a failed name

ips2xf.php and 301config.php are the files to redirect IPB URLs to XenForo URLs.
