I love how it's not $2500 to just pay at once to Adobe. It's affordable now. If it's your business.
But for even a yearly contract with Adobe, you still pay $25 a month (students even less) for one app like Adobe Premiere Pro. This makes a project affordable, and easy to budget. I hate subscription models, and I hate a yearly subscription, and I hate how it is a struggle for consumers who don't have it easy to have yet another subscription.
So my question is, money wise, would you invest in Final Cut Pro X once, and you're done for less than $400 once. Or invest slowly in Premiere Pro and know that over time you've paid way too much?
