If it's a paid job you can request it in the job-board. The latter requires a $3 account upgrade to make new threads in there.

If you plan to pay someone to do the work for you, it's a paid job, which requires the $3 account upgrade to post in the marketplace. If you plan on trying to get someone to do it for free, it isn't a paid job, and can be posted in the General XF Chat.
