problems switching from android

What's the best way to get the android pictures and movies and music from android to my PC and then I can organise it and put it on iPhone and iPad? How to best do this so I dont rage like I have yesterday trying

Memory stick is how I've just told my friend how to do it but I'm sure there is probably an easier way like Dropbox!

I love the suggestion of using a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox. They're available on all devices, as well as the mac/pc, .. giving you enough control. Just keep in mind there's a quota limit of how much you can store.
