[Request] Ipb 3.x Converted to Xenforo

Hey there, I'm highly interested in your guys service to convert our IPB 3.x forums over to the now released Xenforo 1.0.

Our community is a pretty decent size, boasting 2,282 members and 205,000+ posts. I believe your fees are 49$ plus a 9$ base right? This would play out to 57$ overall. If it's higher or lower let me know. We'd like this conversion done fairly quickly and if possible done over the weekend.

We have a non-refundable $9 base price. The first 250,000 posts are $40, and $10 for every 250,000 posts thereafter. If for some reason we can't do the import we will refund your money, minus the base price.

Doing it over the weekend isn't a problem.

Hey, thanks for the timely response. The board url is http://forums.zeldainformer.com and naturally we would like to keep the same url. We would move the old forums to a sub folder once a solid backup has been made for transfer use, and provide you with a clean database and any access that is needed to get the job done.

I will have all of the funds ready by the end of today. I prefer a 50% payment up front with the rest after completion, just in case there happens to be some unforseen complications that prevent the full transfer from occuring. The database on our forums has been through "a lot" over the years so some functions in IPB no longer work, so it's always a concern when moving to a new software how it will play out.

I can have the money sent tonight. Do I take this conversation to PM's now? I am unsure exactly how to proceed since this is my first time paying for outside help.
