Where to set minimal characters per page?

I think I am having a moment here, but I am pretty confident that in XenForo you can set the amount of minimal characters per post. For some reason I can't seem to find it.

How many do you have set for you board by the way?

I think there's only an option for maximum characters, which is under Messages in the Options list.
