ISP is internet service provider.
It is what gives you internet at home.
Dail-up, ISDN, DSL, Cable, Fibre, whatever.
Examples are comcast, ziggo, frontier, etc.
Which one do you have? Right now I am on a 300/30 mbit cable account with ziggo
They have low latency, stable, no throttling or speed caps and no traffic limit (i think FUP is around 2tb or something)
I just noticed my ISP says the bill per month is like 70 euro almost. Strange, I pay less than 60 total for the whole package. Oh well. Guess I won't upgrade any time soon
