Ask your sister, mom, bro, grandpa, or your friends, and post your awesome suggestions here!

I am looking for things for the summer, so I can go to the market or grocery store and get some cheapo and healthy stuff to then sit on the balcony and enjoy the warm 6 am summer mornings!

I actually like that idea, I just searched for 10 minutes for different keywords + breakfast, like "weird + breakfast" and "different + breakfast", I found some interesting (but strange) things.

How filling do you find fruit for breakfast, I want to get away from toast but not sure a bowl of fruit would keep me going until lunch?

I had a smoothie bowl this morning, look it up on Instagram there's some gorgeous looking ones. It's something I could only have on a day off though as it's both filling and not. I had it in two servings and that worked, but it's a lot of fruit, and I should have added some peanut butter or something otherwise it's a bit of a fruit sugar high and then hungry again later, which is when I had the second portion of it.

I got that stuff that is healthy and you need to make the evening before, leave in fridge overnight. Oat things and stuff. I will figure it out. But that box is next, and for a week.

Today's breakfast: Don't eat from midnight until 6pm.

Joan mentioned sausages! I've had a full English breakfast because of it. It was pretty awesome. I only couldn't make hash browns. I will definitely do this more often.

I was to try to have more low carb breakfasts, anyone got any ideas that aren't eggs or yoghurt?

Lately i've been having cut up water melon for breakfast, it's cool, hydrates, and sweet enough to eat as is.

A bit boring maybe but I've just made a big batch of muesli for breakfasts. It'll keep, so it's not going to be eaten everyday, but it's homemade, well home mixed anyway! Lots of dried fruits, some nuts and seeds, and I can always add other stuff into it if I feel like it.
However I've got avocado on toast for the next few days, as I bought a bag from Aldi and they're finally ripe.

Something I've picked up from my late grandfather is sprinkling a little salt onto my watermelon. "makes it sweeter"
