Mikey always challenges me - what are you proud of lately?

Mikey and us used to be on IRC and Skype and always had website ideas, and one of them was 30 days challenges, and I still apply this.

So, I set mini goals for myself, and make post it stickies all over the place with these mini goals of all sorts and try to do one each day. Then at least by the end of the month I have achieved something.

Another example is this year 2020 I have tried to focus on daily changelogs. And for some reason it is not November 2020 and I am still making them daily.

Even when I am early or late, there's one for those 24 hours. I am quite impressed with myself.

What are some challenges or goals you've worked on lately that you feel proud about? And just know, this isn't a competition.

Yer I remember that one.

For me my challenge is my house and getting it sorted and loosing weight. Both of which I have stated this year, I paid for a skip to have a massive clear out and am trying to be more mindful of my eating and joined Slimming World... to be continued...

The benefit of this is that every time you wake up and it's a new day you can pick up 1 thing again to focus on. And repeat that every day or weekend or month, year. Even if it goes bad for weeks in a row, tomorrow you can pick it up and improve on stuff again.

At least, that's how I try to look at that stuff and it seems to help a bit. What happened yesterday shouldn't define how poorly today goes when it comes to body and mind health. And .. house work.

Ahh that site was a good one, I wish I had time to work on hobby projects any more :(
