Hello friends,
Alex here. Just landed in the community. And am already loving it. Have been looking for a place where i can relax and have meaningful discussions with people. Social media has spoiled the value of online interactions.

I guess we will all soon revert to such boards. Looking forward to a positive engagement with y'all here. Am a gaming and tech addict, someone to please point me to where such "geeks" sit in here :-)

Some posts are random and some focused but all tech and gamers are welcome and if you like Minecraft you have landed in the right place for 1MoreBlock (1MB forums, game play and discord)! Just jump in and join in on the chit chat

Personally I like social media but mainly just to keep in touch with people and have a giggle at times! However, I'm a forum fan, call me old but I think it gives much more discussion and as you said online interactions are better in my opinion.

Yes, i also stop by mainstream social media, just to see how people are boasting of how "good" their life is :-) But that's just it. I never engage in discussions on social. And true, forums have recently been left for the "old"...which makes it even better, because the discussions and interactions here are more targeted and to the point.

That really irritates me I have to say. That and the opposite, people airing out their dirty laundry so to speak. Having a rant then not saying why is also annoying lol... you ask them what's wrong then they say they'd rather not discuss it.. Well DON'T put it on social media then pfffff.
