Today is a Saturday so I spent all morning chilling and chatting, now I have to get some housework done. Tonight I am hoping for a little OMGb time followed by good food, a drink or 3 and then sleeps.

It's been a lovely relaxing day so far so I hope to finish it the same way :D

Today is housework day :'(
I have to clear everything as I have a yearly appliance/gas check tomorrow morning.
Also I have a new (second hand) unit to put all my dvd's on so looking forward to sorting that out but it does have to wait will the house is sorted first though.

Monday again. Chilling with my daughter. If she decides to go down for a nap I might get a chance to paint or play some Nintendo.

Went to the movies early in the morning. I needed a break from my terrible fucking day.
John Wick, chapter 2. It was pretty good. And I am glad I found a friend willing to come along with me.
Though I really don't mind going to the cinema on my own.

After that we went to a place where you can make your own coffee drinks, and I made a frappuccino ~ was awesome tasting. Just way too expensive. But who cares. Sugar wins from bad feelings.

Then I got an iced tea lemonade at star bucks waiting for the bus and went home. Now I am waiting for an email to go pick up some shoes I ordered. but I doubt that will happen. I probably end up on the balcony with my iPad to finish reading a Sherlock Holmes story while my cat is working on her tan lines. (It's almost Spring!)

Me today, I had my kids dad's birthday so he was here and all his family too (on the up side I got a lift on the school run lol). Also, I just got back from a bloody horrid and long MRI scan. I now feel shaky and weird. Nice. Apart form that I'll be doing dinner soon, watching some Grimm then going to bed!!

Today went completely the opposite way - and for a third time this week as well.
Kinda done with #feelings. Let's put them in a box and ship them to north pole.

@Nix, best of luck with the MRI results, and @Joan that's some exciting news. I haven't been on holiday for decades.. The last thing I considered a holiday was recently where I went away to an Airbnb for 2 days. But it didn't feel like a holiday. It was just 'trying to survive life' weekend.

At the start of this year it was going to be a saving and no holiday year, I'm now going to Italy for 5 days in June and now to Portugal for a long weekend in September! I usually do con or three a year and for the same price as going to a weekend con I can go abroad for a long weekend instead, so no Vampire Ball this year for me going to Lisbon instead!

Today is a half day at work, so I'm going to have a catch up with one or two people before getting the housework started

I have not been as productive today as hoped, but had other people done their bit, I could do mine within hours. Its ok to have a little bit of forced rest for me though. I wouldnt say I rested, but I certainly did not do nearly as much today as I have this week so far. We have people coming to look through the house tomorrow arvo, so there is a lot of cleaning ahead.

I am trying to figure out if i can go down a night earlier than the truck, to get a feel for where I want furniture - once its there I wont be able to move it alone. But I do have a mate whos already planned a visit before May, so thats nice :D

I am so glad forums save my posts for me, I am so easily distracted! Haha. I have been more productive since the start of this post since the muscles moved some things for me to access areas to clean.

the place could be presentable in time after all.

Today I woke up, regretting yesterday and the whole last week. Many things went wrong that could have been prevented.
But here we are. I guess I will learn from it and move forward.
ANYWAY,
I enjoyed my daily headache and went into town to get breakfast, I could have had it home, but the fresh air and warm nice Spring weather improved my mood. Plus, I got to test my new shoes. Right now I am just doing some forum stuff behind the scenes and reading all this great new content.

Today is mostly spending time with my kid. We are having a family activity weekend this weekend. Full of games and movies and maybe some cake making or cooking baking. So I need to get the housework done soon so we can relax and have some fun. Tomorrow I will take a small break to have my nails done! God that sounds so girlie :facepalm::D

I've tried to be a bit crafty today, sorted out my paints and promarkers, made sure that they still are okay. Admittedly I actually only made a bookmark!

I'll relax and do some colouring soon, and do some reading as well before bed
