Any network anti virus solutions you can recommend?

I might have to help a startup with a lot of incoming attachments to deal with anti virus.. on a hardware level. I can't go into the details, sorry.

Does anybody know of any network anti virus solutions? Like, rack mountable managed anti virus things?
