I used to do a lot of fishing a few years back (although I'm from the UK). I went fishing a day before I went into hospital to have an operation, fishing used to calm my nerves. I remember going fishing that day because I fell in some stinging nettles ^_^ You haven't lived until you've fallen into some stinging nettles felt a fish on the end of your line

Yup fishing does helps everyone to calm their nerves kinda works like therapy too for those who need one
