Balancing your on/off topic content.

Example: You start a community about Fish, a niche topic. But because it's a niche topic do users post in the offtopic area more than in the fish-related forums on your board?

Well my offtopic section is not that active but other sections are pretty much good . But another big board where i am member has big offtopic discussions going on more then it does in proper fishing sections .

Back in the day when my site was active, 95% of the content was off topic unfortunately but at least it was still content lol.
