Cannot figure out how to get e-mail alerts any time anyone posts on my forum

I am the person in charge of managing managing my company's forum. I want to get updates any time anyone posts on the forum or does anything else on the forum (signs up, replies to a post, creates a new post, etc). This way I can respond right away. I am a super administrator, but cannot find any settings to make this happen. Is ther a function that does the above?

Firstly, to be notified when there's anew member register then yes and there's an modification for that here:

As for an email on every post/reply "action" for every member of your forum, no, I'm out of ideas for that.
Of course, depending on the niche and size of your forum, even a small forum, an email on every "action" is likely to become very tiresome very quickly. Not to mention the sheer amount of email processing needed for a small to medium size forum.
