Convert from IPS 3.1.4 TO vBulletin 3.8.7

I am wondering how much it would cost to convert my site, www.childhoodcancerforums.com/forum/ , from IPS 3.1.4 TO vBulletin 3.8.7? I have several of the forums receiving RSS feeds from some major sites.

We do not convert to vBulletin. We only support using ImpEx to help convert sites over if no script exists for XenForo. vB will be the man in the middle.

In lies the problem... I do not understand Impex at all.

ImpEx is an import/export tool made by vBulletin. It allows us (because we have a vb license) to convert from a third party source via impex, into XenForo, if there's no xenforo script available. With the purpose to help users convert their site to xenforo.
