Different versions of the same game.

So I found this the other day...

Naturally it's been added to Abbs wish list (for her obviously even though she doesn't like monopoly). I'm hoping it will make her enjoy the game more.

There are so many versions of the game, my question for you is do you buy different versions of a game to mix it up or do you just stick with the original?

I really enjoy the old original stuff, it has character, but it is super tempting to buy variety and keep things diverse. I like that we can change things up when you play with the same people over and over. But when it's time to bring friends in and it's a group: pick the original one and go old skool ;p

I remember that, it was fun!

I have the Brazilian version of it, called "Banco Imobiliário" with a credit card machine. I also made up one version to play with friends, where it is allowed to steal money from other player even if we go to the toilet.
But one table game I really liked playing was "Zombiecide"! WOW!!!
