Email notifications?

Hey, when I signed up I loved the option of getting email notifications to posts I post to. But when it's a bit of activity it actually gets a bit overwhelming. My poor inbox.

Is there a way, or how do I manage my email notifications? I would like to continue to get them, but I wouldn't mind getting a bit less.

There's a checkbox and click the ones you wish to change, then on the bottom left there's a dropdown for actions to take.

To be honest, I don't think that XenForo supports instant, daily or weekly digests for content.
