Needs to be able to have Steam etc...

In my personal opinion, a laptop is not a desktop, they're not made for gaming.

For gaming specifically, I would go with a Windows system.

OK now he is thinking mac mini set up using the tv as a monitor with wireless keyboard and mouse!! How's that add up? lol lol

He is looking at minimum specs for this game so obviously needs to go way past this to run everything he wants it to....
