Google Maps in posts

When I was on VB4 I've used a little BBcode that displayed a google map inside the post. I'm asking myself if such results can be obtained also on XF. I would have the need to post some messages with a google map inside that show the user a track on a map like, for example, this one

Does anyone think it's possible or do I need a specific addon?

Thanks Mikey. It works. Does not work if you want to show a specific track like the one you can see in my first post but I really don't know if it's possible. in any case thank you very much; this one is very useful to me...

I suggest you to put "100%" in the width instead of a fixed value so the map is displayed in full width of you forum...

the reason i didn't put it as full width is because i am not sure many would like that.
