If you have your own server and have cpanel/whm you can go to Easy Apache update in whm and intsall it there.
If you don't have cpanel/whm try this - http://www.php.net/manual/en/mysqli.installation.php
If you're on a shared server you will have to ask you host.

My host enabled it but i still get this message
is there any thing he missed making this message appear ???
I'll be honest, I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to server administration (or anything really
) but the only thing I can think of that he might have missed is restarting Apache, although I would imagine/hope he would have done that.You could try asking him if he did, also that will let him know there's a problem with it.
