Healthy food, exercise, proper work and sleep schedules go a long a way in keeping oneself healthy. During this pandemic, we have to include immunity boosters preferably in the form of veggies and fruits to protect us. Meditation is a good way to ease stress. Family time is most soothing and encouraging and it keeps our morale high.

Avoiding negativity is the best thing to do now apart from the exercise and food etc. A healthy mind is the key to a healthy body is what I think. Everything is in our mind. If we remove the clutter from our mind and develop a positive mindset, things begin to work the way we want it to.
