OpenDNS.com Solves most of these problems, and very non-intrusive to install.

OK idiot question, .... what does it do..
This is for home network? Just to surf the web?

Normally your ISP gives you DNS, these are cached, slower updated, not checked against confirmed databases, etc. OpenDNS helps fix those problems and resolves quite a bit of timeouts, etc. I've got my family moved over and loving it. Google Inc also offers alternative open dns resolvers.

I have been having problems, mostly Flash and Debugging errors in Firefox 4 (Chinese edition). I now run Firefox 3.6.16 (Chinese edition) as of today.

I notice you keep saying (Chinese Edition), note that the language shouldn't affect the crashes in any way
