Hi, I was directed to this site for welcome blocks. It looks great! Here is my site: http://www.habitspark.com and the forums are here: http://www.habitspark.com/forums The forums are super new so not much action yet but hopefully with the help of welcome blocks it will build quickly The topic is all about self-improvement, fostering change & well-being. Habitspark itself is a habit creation system.

Oh, but you want to know about me? I'm a clinical psychology Ph.D. student. I've been working as a Cognitive Behavioral therapist for 3 years. I've got a long history with bulletin boards. I used to run a pretty large forums (16th largest on the internet at one point)... using vbulletin which I really loved (converted from ubb, yuck). But a) they fired somebody important to me b) found tons of bad reviews of vBul4. Xenforo seemed pretty great & so far loving it.

I feel like my intro is so boring... unforunately school takes up much of my time so I'm mostly left with school and my website to talk about. I am also a swing dancer and love to travel.

Thanks... well I have spent 2 months + in Mexico (Guadalajara), Ecuador (Quito), Japan (Hakodate), Czech Republic (Prague), Portugal (Coimbra), England (Coventry), & France (Paris/Aix-en-Provence). I've also been to Norway, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, Poland, Brazil, Panama, New Zealand & Canada. whew.

Good intro, but what is Swing Dancing?

Another form, East-coast swing, was pretty popular after the movie Swingers came out, which I recommend if you haven't seen it.
