I came here to post in the marketplace to see if I can find an addon developer to pay to create an addon for me... but I don't have sufficient privileges to post there. I think either the minimum post count should be made obvious. All it says is: you do not have sufficient privileges to post here in tiny light gray font at the bottom of the page. That's somewhat confusing.

We manually upgrade them once they come in - you're a Premium member and premium accounts get permission to publish in marketplace & job board, upgrading it now .. try again in 5 minutes.
