Slow Query

I'm having an extremely frustrating time with my XenForo installation and slow loading times. I'm on a shared hosting plan, but we're just starting out and have very little activity.

With debug mode enabled, I believe I may have narrowed it down to a Query being run by XenQuotation, in the sidebar block to display a random quote.

UPDATE xq_quotation SET views = views + 1 WHERE quote_id = ?

Run Time: 7.905001

Does this indicate that it's updating the view count for EVERY Quote in the database, and not just the one on display? I've disabled the add-on temporarily, and noticed an almost instant improvement..

Perhaps the plugin isn't that good, report this to the author of the plugin on xenforo.com so they can review it? I'd uninstall it at this point until there's a fix available.
