Spam issue using Nucleus for blog

I have no idea what to do to resolve the issue. I am using Nucleus CMS Blog but I'm sick of the Spam, I get about 8 emails a day where I have to go remove spam comments. If anyone can give me either suggestions on a new blog software or a means to eliminate this spam to almost nothing I would appreciate it.

Wordpress, comes with akismet support.

Does it have an importer from Nucleus to Wordpress?

Spam sucks, and it sucks hard. It's useless, nobody likes it, nobody will fall for buying it. I have on respect for people that spam like that.

Guess I'm switching blogs as Nucleus has no way to stop guests from posting. Go figure.

Yay, Wordpress has an importer. Will be doing that tonight then articles tomorrow.
