A VPS we're using is on Ubuntu 18 lts, and I wonder if it's worth upgrading to 20 lts or stick to what we use.

Does anybody have experience with both versions for the ubuntu server and maybe have an idea?

I haven't used the ubuntu server side of things, but I've used Ubuntu as an OS over the years, and the upgrade process is usually pretty easy. I think if you upgrade, it keeps all of your settings/files, so you may be able to utilize your VPS under Ubuntu 20's LTS.

Hey again, and thank you for sharing your experiences with Ubuntu. This builds a bit of confidence, it might be worth a test then.
