Skip ahead 20 years, we have some convenience augmented reality device provoding additional vision. Maybe it helps sharpen what we focus on, or block out what we don't want to see (hello black mirror episode) or maybe it's just to help auto read those around us to realise who's lying to us above average, or actually caring or maybe ready to do something malicious.
