Had Mango, Coconut and Lime chicken in a creamy sauce with baby corn and asparagus last night!
Not so flashy tonight, lol... Minced beef in gravy and veg!

No idea, it was going to be sausages and chips for me but I've run out of sausages!

Had a good cooking day today, well not much actual cooking but using up allotment veg. Got dehydrator and slow cooker on to use up the first half a dozen or so onions.

Turkey dinos and chips for Abbs and quiche and rosemary chips ofr me!

Sal is cooking for me tonight! Dunno what its going to be like but good I hope... she calls it sticky chicken and noodles!

Trying a new slow cooker recipe tonight.... pasta, fajita mix, chicken, peppers etc

beef on high fire for a bit, then in a pot with oils and herbs, and then frozen veggies, then ill just leave it on super low for 30 minutes.

We had burgers last night. Tonight its Sausages for me and goujons for Abbs with chips.

I might do pasta tonight, food delivery is Monday so it's a use up what I got weekend. I know there's a carbonara jar in the cupboard.
