    1. Smart dieting rules.
    2. Grain and bread, potatoes, pasta, and rice.
    3. Vegetables, serving of mixed greens, and organic products.
    4. Milk, yogurt, and cheddar.
    5. Meat, poultry, fish, eggs, beans, and nuts.

The Eatwell Guide shows that to have a sound, adjusted eating routine, individuals should attempt to: eat at any rate 5 parts of an assortment of products of the soil each day (see 5 A Day) base dinners on higher fiber dull nourishments like potatoes, bread, rice or pasta. have some dairy or dairy options, (for example, soya drinks)

I guess this may differ greatly from one country to another. I have been to some country where they eat only once a day. But its more of culture than best practice.
