What is the "Trusted Users" Plugin

Hi, after exploring this site a lot I have noticed the "Trusted Users" tag under some people images. I also noticed some other sites using it such as Bukkit.org and it would be really nice it get it on my forums f.techhut.us. So my question; What addon is that?

It worked great! I do you know what I could add/remove to make it so that people with these wont have the regular text under it like it is on this site?

Ie. For me it says "Well-Known Member" and for you it says "Trusted Member" but you dont have the regular text. How would you do that?

I've edited the templates so it's how I want it to be.
"trusted member" = xenfans team member (writer, developer, service person, community manager, moderator, admin, etc)

Yes but how did you make it so that the basic "Trusted Member" or all those groups but the text remained for the lower groups like "Well-Known Member"
