Which is your favourite Java IDE?

Eclipse? Netbeans? IntelliJ, xCode even?

Is one better over the other for either Windows or Mac?

I am quite disappointed by the many IDE that I've tried. I still use Sublime Text for most things, or TextMate.

I used theirs, but I wish it worked ala xcode

i kinda wish xcode would comfortably work with all languages, lol
