I am trying to integrate a script with XenForo and i cannot wrap my head around how XenForo authenticates user passwords against the database. Unfortunately, the script I am trying to integrate only allows this method, meaning I cannot just use cookies or session data. The good news is, this is a brand new XenForo install so the board is strictly using xenforo's password auth. Any pointers?
