Bluetooth not working

I'm facing some problem with my Bluetooth on my Computer. I checked the info from device manger and there's a yellow exclamation point, i clicked on it and got the following error


Code:
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

You're using laptop or a PC ?

Its my laptop. It was working fine before my daughter mess up with it. She was watching animes videos and then come with this problem.
i have doubt she did something with it

Well probably she disable it. You can enable wit it the following steps
  • Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
  • Select the Bluetooth switch to turn it On or Off as desired.

I tried to enable it with your steps but unfortunately it didn't help me. I think my Bluetooth is damage

What is the name of your Bluetooth adapter?

I don't see any button on my laptop. I think i am making some mistake to finding it can you help me ?

Oh my bad, thanks my problem is solved now. I wasn't aware about the Bluetooth button. I will take care more next time thanks
