Soo, Last year I was following the Slimming World eating plan. I lost a little bit of weight but then health reasons got in the way. This year I need to get back on track. I follow people on Instagram and Facebook that are on the eating plan and share recipes and their stories etc, which I find helps keep me in the mind set of not forgetting I need to do this. I even try to blog when I can remember to do so as I find this makes me in some way accountable.
