Plain and simple, you walk in and it says something like "Entering Tidala's region..."

or "Leaving Tidala's region..."

This is possible, but I understand not everybody wants this in every region. I might figure out a compromise and let hte region owner toggle this on/off or something.

Will look into it.

We now have the permission flags to toggle this on and off for certain groups. Certainly possible now. I just need the time now to figure out which groups and implement it.
