Rough. Just had an intense emersive therapy session.

Tired today and trying to find the motivation to tidy my room.

I'm not doing great.
Tooth pulled yesterday.
Can't use CPAP.
Shit night.
No dentures so no food, liquid and soup for a few days I think. Then maybe scrambled egg if I'm lucky!

Well futting bad news for me as far as teeth go. She’s shoved clove drenched dressing up again and said the lump is bone that will receed in time as the hole closes and heals, if no better in 2 weeks go back but could be months with no teethies in….. SIGH…. not a happy bunny
